Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
Orders are generally dispatched within 15–21 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend entirely on courier company/postal service norms.
Shweta Chandra is not liable for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

Our commitment is to hand over the consignment to the courier/postal service within 15–21 days from the date of order and payment, unless a different delivery date was agreed upon at the time of purchase.


2. International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through:

  • Registered international courier companies, and/or

  • International Speed Post

Dispatch is usually done within 15–21 days, subject to the delivery schedule agreed at order confirmation and courier company norms.


3. Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
Please ensure all address details are accurate to avoid delays.


4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, delivery and shipping details will be sent to your registered email ID provided during checkout or account registration.


5. Delays & Liability

We do not take responsibility for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Delays caused by postal authorities

  • Incorrect address information provided by the buyer

Our liability ends once the consignment is handed over to the courier/post office.
